Shipping
All orders placed Monday through Friday, before 12PM PST (NOON), will ship the same day. All orders placed after 12PM PST (NOON), on Friday, will ship Monday during normal business hours.

Payment
We accept all major credit cards through Paypal's secure payment portal.

To establish an account with payment terms, new customers must first complete our approval process. Please contact us directly for terms and account setup.
Return Policy
All returns require prior written authorization from Thermo Cool Corporation before they will be accepted. Any return shipment delivered to Thermo Cool, before the authorization has been issued, will be refused and returned to Purchaser at Purchaser’s expense.
