Bonded Fin Assemblies
Individually formed aluminum or copper fins bonded into a machined base, enabling taller fins, tighter spacing, wider profiles, and greater design flexibility than conventional extrusions.

Aluminum Extrusions
Custom aluminum extrusion profiles for thermal and structural applications, with cutting, CNC machining, drilling, tapping, finishing, and assembly available to meet finished-part requirements.

Die Casting
Repeatable aluminum components with integrated ribs, bosses, mounting features, and complex geometry, produced near net shape for production volumes with secondary machining and finishing as required.

Cold Forging
Near-net-shape aluminum and copper components with round, elliptical, or custom pin-fin geometries, produced for repeat volumes with high material utilization and reduced secondary machining.

Skiving
Thin, closely spaced fins cut directly from a solid aluminum or copper base, producing a one-piece, high-density fin structure with no bonded interface between the fins and base.

Stamping
Precision aluminum, copper, and steel components produced through blanking, piercing, forming, and progressive-die operations for repeatable geometry and production-volume manufacturing.

Sheet Metal Fabrication
Custom brackets, chassis, enclosures, panels, and formed assemblies produced through cutting, punching, bending, welding, hardware installation, and finishing to print.

CNC Machining
Precision milling, turning, drilling, tapping, and complex feature machining for prototypes, production parts, and secondary completion of extrusions, castings, and forgings.
