All orders placed Monday through Friday, before 3PM PST, will ship the same day. All orders placed after 3PM PST, on Friday, will ship Monday during normal business hours.

Return Policy
All returns require prior written authorization from Thermo Cool Corporation before they will be accepted. Any return shipment delivered to Thermo Cool, before the authorization has been issued, will be refused and returned to Purchaser at Purchaser’s expense.
